A New Hampshire man drowned after authorities said a boat capsized in a Seabrook pond Saturday.

New Hampshire Fish and Game said around 4:15 p.m., 911 notified them of a possible drowning in Tri-Town pond off old New Boston Road in Seabrook.

A man and his wife were fishing in a small boat that capsized, Fish and Game said.

The man was untangling his fishing line and stood up, causing the boat to flip.

He and his wife fell into the water.

Officials said the wife was able to call 911 while swimming and safely made it to shore.

The body of Justin Janvrin, 26, of Seabrook, was recovered about three hours later, authorities said.

Janvrin was not wearing a life jacket.

Seabrook police said the drowning appears to be accidental at this time.
